Repository Policy

Proceedings of the Nigerian Society of Physical Sciences (PNSPS) supports authors in sharing and disseminating their research through various repositories and platforms. Our repository policy is designed to facilitate unrestricted access to scholarly works while ensuring proper attribution to the original source.

Permitted Versions

Authors are permitted to deposit any version of their work, including the publisher's version in PDF format, for self-archiving. This includes the Submitted Version, Accepted Version, or Published Version of the manuscript.

Embargo

There is no embargo period for depositing manuscripts in repositories. Authors can immediately make their work available for access and download.

License

All deposited manuscripts are subject to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This license allows for maximum dissemination and reuse of the content while ensuring proper attribution to the original author(s) and source.

Copyright Owner

Copyright of deposited manuscripts remains with the authors. Authors retain ownership of their intellectual property and have the right to determine how their work is shared and reused.

Location

Deposited manuscripts can be archived in any repository, including institutional repositories, the author's personal website, or any other suitable platform for scholarly communication.

Conditions

Authors are required to acknowledge the published source with proper citation when depositing their work in repositories. This ensures that readers can trace the original publication and provides appropriate credit to the authors.

By adhering to these repository policies, PNSPS aims to promote widespread dissemination of research findings while upholding principles of academic integrity and attribution.
